Experience: 3 6 Years Education: B.E./B.Tech / MCA from a reputed institute Job responsibilities Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Can build elaborate, extensive, state of the art apps from scratch. Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability. Skills 3+ years experience with architecture, design and development of Android applications (natively) Solid understanding of Android development process from beginning to end Familiarity with the latest Android SDK and Google development tools, especially their latest version, especially Android version 5. Very good knowledge of Java programming language, JavaScript and JQuery It would be highly valuable if the developer has worked with XML, JSON and REST services You re a self-starter, highly effective working independently and within a team Experience in using ORM like green DAO, ORMLite, SugarORM Very good knowledge of SQL lite Good experience with third party API, for chat, location services and geo-fencing Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle You re a self-starter, highly effective working independently and within a team Experience using Git for source control Addiction to Trello-like collaboration environments
