AI Full stack Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack AI Developer with expertise in Python, white coding, and Generative AI. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing and deploying models on leading cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, and GCP). Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential, as this role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

· Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications using Python and modern frameworks.

· Knowledge of AI-Assisted White Coding best practices

· Ability to understand user requirements, create a plan and execute the plan using AI

· Implement white coding standards and best practices to ensure clean, maintainable code.

· Build, train, and deploy Generative AI models leveraging cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).

· Understanding AI services/platforms like AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, GCP Vertex, Airweave, Temporal AI, LiteLLM, Agno, Vector DB, Advanced RAG etc.

· Integrate machine learning and AI solutions into existing products and services.

· Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.

· Communicate technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

· Negotiate requirements, timelines, and deliverables with stakeholders.

· Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and optimization efforts.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

· Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, with strong proficiency in Python.

· Demonstrated ability in white coding and adherence to coding standards.

· Hands-on knowledge of Generative AI concepts, frameworks, and applications.

· Experience developing and deploying models using AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms.

· Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., JavaScript, React, Angular) is a plus.

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

· Strong negotiation skills, with a track record of successful collaboration.

Preferred Skills

· Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.

· Knowledge of data engineering along with working knowledge of Cursor AI, Github copilot etc.

· Understanding of security best practices in cloud and AI deployments.
