Analyst - Decipher (Survey Programmer)

Translate survey requirements into functional and efficient scripts. Perform thorough testing (logic, data validation, quotas, etc.) before deployment Troubleshoot and resolve survey-related issues within timelines Manage survey updates, revisions, and client change requests Ensure data quality and consistency across all projects Collaborate with internal teams (project managers, data processing, etc.) Optimize scripts for performance and reusability Required Competencies: Strong hands-on experience with Decipher survey programming Experience in dashboard creation and data visualization Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, CSS, JavaScript etc. Good understanding of survey logic (skip patterns, piping, quotas, validations) Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
