Information Security Manager

You will be responsible for conducting assessments of IT and cybersecurity policies, standards, and other documentation. Your key responsibilities will include: - Identifying gaps in policy, process, and standard implementation - Leading discussions and driving closure of identified open issues in assessments - Collaborating with IT, Infrastructure, and business teams to drive Information and cybersecurity projects - Releasing periodic dashboards and reports To be successful in this role, you should have: - 7-8 years of experience in information & cybersecurity - A background in Engineering, Post Graduation, or MBA - A good understanding of IT/Cyber Security Risk - Certifications like ISO27001, ITIL, CISA, CISSP, or CRISC (Preferable) - Knowledge of Layered Security including Firewalls, Intrusion Detection, OS Hardening, Malicious Code Security, Security Policies and Procedures, IT controls implementation, DLP, and Security Training - Familiarity with cloud technologies and security practices for the cloud - Experience in IT and Cybersecurity Policy, Procedures, and Standards - Proficiency in performing information security assessments and/or gap analysis - Working knowledge of IT and cybersecurity risk and compliance - Understanding of information security audits, vulnerability management is preferred - Experience in BFSI, banking sector is preferred Please note that the company additional details are not provided in the job description.
