You will lead architecture and engineering for: Real-time Voice Bots Inbound / Outbound calling AI agents Multilingual speech systems (India-first) ASR / TTS integrations LLM orchestration layers Agent handoff systems CRM / ERP / WhatsApp integrations Analytics dashboards Low latency telephony pipelines Call summarization / QA intelligence Workflow automation engines Must-Have Experience 10+ years in engineering / architecture 5+ years in AI / ML systems 2+ years in Generative AI / LLM production systems Proven experience shipping real AI products Strong product mindset (not just services mindset) Built scalable APIs / platforms Managed senior engineers / data scientists Strong system design depth
