About the role
Role Overview: You will be responsible for IT Infrastructure Management, including managing and maintaining servers, desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices. Your role will involve ensuring the availability and reliability of IT systems and infrastructure, monitoring system performance, and implementing upgrades when required. Additionally, you will administer LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and internet connectivity, as well as implement and monitor cybersecurity measures, firewalls, antivirus, and data protection policies. You will also be managing backup and disaster recovery processes. Key Responsibilities: - Provide user support by offering technical assistance and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. You will ensure timely resolution of IT tickets and user queries while conducting user training on IT systems and security awareness. - Support and maintain ERP systems, specifically SAP B1. This will involve coordinating with vendors for application support and upgrades, as well as managing software licenses and compliance. - Lead IT projects, including system implementations and upgrades, and drive digital transformation initiatives and process automation. You will also evaluate new technologies to improve business efficiency. - Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers, monitor vendor performance, ensure SLA compliance, and manage IT procurement and asset lifecycle. - Maintain IT policies, SOPs, and documentation to ensure compliance with information security standards and company policies. Conduct periodic IT audits and risk assessments. Qualifications Required: - Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Networking, and Cloud platforms. - Hands-on experience with cybersecurity tools and backup solutions. - Knowledge of ERP SAP B1 systems and database management. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. - Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects.
