Head of AI Role Overview We are seeking a Head of AI to lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML capabilities across our core products. This role sits at the intersection of product innovation, engineering execution, and applied AI strategy, reporting directly to the CTO. In addition to driving AI excellence within products, this role will contribute (10% bandwidth) to the ADA's AI strategy, helping shape high-impact AI integrations AI Strategy Leadership Define and own the AI/ML vision and roadmap aligned with business and product strategy Identify high-leverage opportunities to embed AI-driven capabilities across products Drive adoption of modern AI paradigms (LLMs, agentic workflows, RAG, etc.) Establish best practices for Responsible AI, evaluation, and governance Product AI Development Lead end-to-end development of AI/ML features across multiple products Translate business problems into scalable AI solutions Ensure production-grade scalability and reliability Drive AI-first product thinking across teams Architecture Technical Excellence Define scalable architecture for ML pipelines and LLM orchestration Establish standards for experimentation, monitoring, and data pipelines Guide build vs buy decisions across AI stack Implement robust evaluation and observability frameworks Team Building Leadership Build and lead a high-performing team of ML Engineers, Applied Scientists, and AI Engineers Mentor teams on advanced AI techniques and system design Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and experimentation Consulting / Solutions Contribution (10%) Support consulting engagements with AI expertise Review solution architectures and proposals Participate in key client discussions as an AI SME Translate internal capabilities into external AI solutions Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with CTO, Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders Act as the AI thought leader across the organization Required Qualifications 10-15+ years of experience in AI/ML or Applied AI Engineering Experience building and deploying AI/ML systems in production Strong expertise in ML, LLMs, or agentic systems Proven leadership in cross-functional teams Strong system design and architectural skills Preferred Qualifications Experience building AI-powered products Familiarity with agentic frameworks and LLM evaluation systems Exposure to domains like e-commerce, operations, or conversational AI Key Traits Product-first mindset Strong ownership and execution bias Ability to operate across strategy and execution Clear communication skills Pragmatic decision-making Reporting Structure Reports to: Chief Technology Officer (CTO) Collaborates with Product, Engineering, and Consulting teams Disclaimer : This job posting has been aggregated from external source.
