Role Description This is a full time, on-site role for a Help Desk Support Specialist based in Kolkata, India. The Help Desk Support Specialist will be responsible for providing support Hardware, Networking infrastructure and cloud based and assisting customers with their technical inquiries. Daily responsibilities include responding to support tickets, maintaining desktop computers, collaborating with team members to resolve complex issues, and delivering exceptional customer support in a professional manner. The role requires effective communication skills and the ability to ensure rapid response and resolution of issues. Qualifications Experience with Computers and Help Desk Support processes Robust Knowledge in English . Exceptional skills in Customer Support and communication Robust problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Relevant experience in Computers in word excell Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline (preferred) .
