Job Title: Performance Test Engineer / Lead (JMeter, LoadRunner, NeoLoad) Experience: 10+ Years (6+ years in JMeter, 6+ years in LoadRunner, and 2+ years in NeoLoad) Location: Initially Remote – India and Sydney Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Performance Test Engineer with 10+ years of overall experience and strong expertise in performance testing, including 7+ years of hands-on experience in Apache JMeter, LoadRunner, and 2+ years in NeoLoad. Note: Candidates should be able to start within 30 days. Initially, candidates will work in India for 2–4 months. After visa processing, they will need to travel to Australia. Salary: While working in India: ₹20 LPA – ₹25 LPA In Australia: AUD 85K – AUD 100K per annum Key Responsibilities: Strong experience in designing, developing, and executing performance test strategies for enterprise and web applications using LoadRunner, JMeter, and NeoLoad Develop and maintain performance test scripts using LoadRunner, JMeter, and NeoLoad Perform Load, Stress, Spike, and Endurance testing Analyze performance test results and identify performance bottlenecks Collaborate with Development, DevOps, and Infrastructure teams for performance tuning and optimization Monitor applications using tools like Dynatrace and AppDynamics Prepare detailed performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins Be flexible to travel and work on-site based on management expectations.
