Graduate Engineer Trainee - Technology Responsibilities Front end Development: Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement user-facing features using HTML, CSS, React and JavaScript UI/UX Feasibility and Optimization: Ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability Quality Assurance: Participating in code reviews and providing constructive feedback to ensure the highest quality of deliverables Technology and Trend Awareness: Staying updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance the frontend development process Frontend Integration: Working closely with backend developers to integrate frontend components with server-side logic Performance and Security Management: Identifying and resolving performance and security-related issues Process Improvement: Contributing to the continuous improvement of development processes and best practices Technical Documentation: Maintain and produce comprehensive technical documentation for frontend development processes, standards, and specific customer options. Code Review: Mandatory Code review for Self Digital Mindset: Keep up with digital and AI advancements to enhance business and maintain competitiveness.
