Lead - IT Infra & IT Operations Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Lead, manage, and optimize IT operations and infrastructure to support data center business goals. Oversee IT asset management, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and lifecycle planning. Design, implement, and maintain secure and scalable network architectures. Manage IT budgets, control costs, and ensure efficient allocation of resources. Develop and enforce IT policies, standards, and best practices. Ensure high availability and reliability of IT systems and services. Coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors to support business and operational requirements. Lead incident response and disaster recovery planning for IT infrastructure. Mentor and guide IT team members, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering or Information Technology (Graduate). 14 to 18 years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure management, and networking. Proven experience in managing IT budgets and assets within a data center environment. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. IT Asset Management Procurement, tracking, lifecycle management, and compliance of IT hardware and software assets. Server & Storage Management Deployment, configuration, and maintenance of servers, storage systems, and virtualization platforms. Cloud Platforms Experience with public/private cloud solutions, migrations, and hybrid environments. IT Security & Compliance Implementation of security protocols, risk management, and regulatory compliance (e.g., ISO, PCI-DSS). Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity Planning, testing, and execution of disaster recovery and business continuity strategies. IT Budgeting & Cost Optimization Developing and managing IT budgets, cost control, and resource allocation. Vendor & Stakeholder Management Engagement with vendors, negotiation, and stakeholder communication.
