Cell Material Team-Team Lead Electrode & Stack Design Define loadings, thickness, porosity; current collector specs; jellyroll/stacking parameters. Materials & Electrolyte Optimize electrolyte, separator selection, and formation protocols with R&D/process. Mechanical & Safety Design cell can/pouch/prismatic, tabs, sealing; support safety/abuse testing. Validation & Docs Run DoE, track cycle life/impedance; publish CTQs, control plans, and design specs.
