Job Purpose: The ISOC Lead is responsible for overseeing the effective functioning of the Integrated Security Operations Center (ISOC). The role focuses on leveraging advanced security technologies, real-time monitoring, and incident response mechanisms to ensure a proactive and comprehensive security framework across the organization. The ISOC Lead coordinates with multiple stakeholders to mitigate risks, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure compliance with established security protocols and regulatory requirements. Job Responsibilities ISOC Lead ISOC Operations Management Oversee the daytoday operations of the Integrated Security Operations Center, ensuring realtime monitoring of critical assets and infrastructure. Develop and implement SOPs for ISOC operations to ensure consistent and productive responses to security incidents. Ensure the smooth integration of various security systems, including surveillance, access control, and threat detection technologies. Threat Intelligence And Risk Mitigation Monitor global and local threat landscapes to provide actionable intelligence to relevant teams. Conduct regular risk assessments and threat analyses to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation strategies. Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to incorporate the latest tools and practices into ISOC operati .
