About the role
Role Overview: As a Projects Engineer at Adani Total Gas Limited (ATGL), your main responsibility is to provide technical expertise and support in the execution of Piped Natural Gas (PNG) projects. You will ensure that all engineering activities meet design specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements. Your role is crucial in overseeing on-site progress, resolving technical issues, and maintaining clear documentation to contribute to the successful and timely completion of projects while supporting the overall goals of the project team. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the execution of PNG projects, including site preparation, equipment installation, and commissioning, ensuring tasks are completed according to project plans and timelines. - Collaborate with the Projects Lead to ensure engineering activities meet design specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements. - Conduct on-site inspections and assessments to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure work compliance with technical specifications. - Prepare and update detailed engineering drawings, technical documents, and project plans, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards. - Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services required for project completion. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. - 3+ years of experience, preferably in construction project management. - Proven experience in managing large-scale infrastructure projects from inception to completion. - Preferred industry experience in the gas distribution, oil and energy, or utilities sectors.
