Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or related field 6-13 years of experience in the Thermal Projects industry Experience in managing Civil activities Demonstrated leadership skills Lead and manage the Civil team in Thermal Projects, ensuring all activities are carried out efficiently and effectively. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines are met. Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Civil systems. Develop and implement strategies to improve Civil processes and systems. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Provide technical guidance and support to team members. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project requirements and goals. Prepare reports, budgets, and project plans as required. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in Civil technology. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
