- Description for Internal Candidates Roles and Responsibilities: Manage and oversee civil construction greenfield projects within the Power/Energy industry Utilize expertise in BTG, BOP & structure in power plant construction Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members Conduct regular site inspections and address any construction-related issues Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are fulfilled Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards
Technical Skills: Expertise in BTG, BOP & structure in power plant construction Knowledge of relevant construction codes and regulations Project management skills Proficiency in civil engineering design software such as AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, and Primavera P6 for project scheduling Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar software Non-Negotiable Skills: Experience in civil construction greenfield projects Expertise in BTG, BOP & structure in power plant construction Strong leadership abilities Proficiency in civil engineering design software such as AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, and Primavera P6 for project scheduling Sound knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality control procedures specific to thermal power projects Understanding of relevant Indian standards (IS codes) and international standards applicable to thermal power plant construction
