Lead - Design Coordination

Purpose/Objective End to end responsible for: • coordinating integrated design planning across master plan, architecture, structural, MEP and allied streams to meet the project schedule;. • aligning COEs, consultants, PMC and GC for timely issuance of IFC/GFC drawings and design deliverables;. • driving digital drawing coordination, version control, exception reporting and escalation management;. • protecting product brief, approvals readiness and execution continuity through disciplined design governance. Key Responsibilities of Role 1. Build and maintain the integrated design schedule across master planning, architecture, structural, MEP, infra, landscape and interiors;. 2. Coordinate COEs, consultants, PMC and GC to close inputs, comments and interface dependencies on time;. 3. Track consultant appointment milestones, scope readiness and design deliverable commitments;. 4. Ensure adherence to approved product strategy, design brief and stage-gate review requirements;. 5. Monitor timely issuance of IFC/GFC drawings, RFI logs and overdue actions;. 6. Drive usage of Autodesk Construction Cloud or equivalent for transmittals, revisions and drawing traceability;. 7. Maintain exception logs and escalation notes for slippages, missing inputs and unresolved decisions;. 8. Publish weekly design MIS on milestones, ageing, risks and decisions required for leadership review. Technical Competencies Business planning,Execution governance,Stakeholder management Qualifications and Experience Essential Engineering / Architecture / Finance graduate from a recognized Indian institution. Desirable/Preferable MBA / PGDM from a reputed institution; exposure to real estate / infrastructure-led businesses preferred.
