About the role
The SAP Functional Analyst is responsible for providing end-to-end functional support, day to day support issue resolution, and process improvement across SAP modules including MM, WM, GRC, QM, and MDG, along with SAP ARIBA and SAP ECC integrations. Integral platforms such as GIS , LCAP support from SAP perspective. The role ensures stable SAP operations, supports integrated system landscapes, and delivers high-quality services to business users across AEML and MUL. Complete test cycle during DC/DR drills and upgrade / patch testing for responsible area, as and when required.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Technology / Computer Science or equivalent.
Experience
5–8 years of experience in SAP functional support and implementation, domain expertise preferred.
Experience in SAP MM and QM is mandatory.
Exposure to SAP ARIBA and SAP ECC integrations preferred.

Process mapping and functional documentation
UAT and go-live support
SAP Functional & Integration Support
Provide day-to-day functional support across SAP MM, WM, QM, and MDG modules.
Support SAP MDG–ARIBA and SAP ECC integrations , including identification, analysis, and resolution of integration issues.
Analyze and resolve SAP incidents and service requests related to procurement, inventory, finance, audit, governance, customer service, and master data.
Coordinate with external support service partners for ARIBA and MDG to resolve defects, incidents, and user queries.
Provide support during critical business situations, production issues, and extended support hours when required.
Process Analysis & New Implementation
Perform detailed As‑Is and To‑Be process mapping in consultation with business stakeholders.
Design and develop new or enhanced business processes in SAP.
Support end-to-end new process implementations , from design through deployment.
Prepare functional documentation, process flows, and specifications.
Testing & Go‑Live Support
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) including test case preparation, execution, and defect resolution.
Support production deployment, cutover activities, and go‑live / hypercare support .
Interface & Coordination
Coordinate with multiple interface systems connected to SAP.
Support resolution of integration and interface errors related to SAP objects such as master data and transactions.
Act as a functional coordinator between SAP teams, business users, vendors, and integration partners.
Stakeholder Management
Maintain clear, professional, and timely communication with stakeholders.
Ensure effective coordination and follow-ups with business users and IT vendors.
