About the role
End to end responsible for: • project design integration under D&B by converting product intent into organization’s Requirements and coordinated deliverables. • stage-gate reviews and interface management across Arch–Str–MEP to ensure buildability, compliance and cost alignment. • design change governance with quantified impacts, protecting baselines and reducing claims and rework. • construction-stage design assurance via submittal reviews, mockups and deviation control without duplicating PMC. • Ensures transparent MIS, audit-ready records and SLA-driven closures across stakeholders.
Essential- B.Arch / B.Des / Bachelor in Interior / Landscape / Urban Design, as relevant to the position.
Desirable/Preferable- M.Arch / M.Plan / LEED / BIM / specialized design software certifications.

Define and maintain organization’s Requirements, design briefs and technical standards for the project.
Run design coordination meetings and gate reviews resolve Arch–Str–MEP interfaces and clash issues early.
Ensure authority-aligned drawings and specifications are submission-ready support regulatory query closures
Review critical shop drawings, samples and mockups through agreed workflow manage deviation approvals
Drive value engineering options quantify impacts on cost, schedule, performance and lifecycle outcomes
Control design changes through change management assess impacts and obtain approvals as per governance.
Coordinate BIM expectations and document control to ensure correct versions and traceability.
Support construction progress by clarifying RFIs, resolving design constraints and protecting design intent.
