About the Role: We are seeking a passionate and talented UX/UI Designer to join our growing team in Mumbai. You will play a key role in the entire design process, from user research and information architecture to creating user interfaces that are both beautiful and functional. Responsibilities: - Conduct user research (surveys, interviews, user testing) to understand user needs and pain points. - Develop user personas and journey maps to inform design decisions. - Design wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using Figma. - Collaborate closely with project managers, developers, and other designers to ensure a seamless user experience. - Translate design concepts into visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces. - Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in UX/UI design. Qualifications: - Minimum of 2 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer or a similar role. - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. - Proficiency in Figma and other relevant design tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD). - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating high-quality work.
