Database Engineer

Addon Technologies Inc. is looking for Database Engineer Database Design: Design and plan database structures, including tables, indexes, relationships, and schemas, to meet business requirements efficiently. Database Development: Develop and implement database applications, scripts, and queries using database management systems (DBMS) such as Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL databases like MongoDB. Data Modeling: Create and maintain data models to represent the structure and relationships of data entities within the organization. Data Migration: Plan and execute data migration projects to transfer data between systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity during the process. Performance Tuning: Monitor and optimize database performance through indexing, query optimization, and resource allocation adjustments. Security: Implement security measures to protect sensitive data, including access control, encryption, and security patches. Backup and Recovery: Develop and maintain backup and disaster recovery plans to ensure data availability and minimize downtime in case of system failures. Monitoring and Maintenance: Continuously monitor database health, automate routine maintenance tasks, and resolve issues as they arise.
