Embedded Software Engineer Lead

Roles and Responsibilities : Design, develop, test, and maintain firmware for STM32 microcontrollers using C programming language. Lead a team of engineers to deliver high-quality embedded software solutions on time and within budget. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and implement motor control systems using NXP technology. Develop RTOS (Real-Time Operating System) based applications for industrial automation systems. Job Requirements : 4-7 years of experience in embedded software engineering with expertise in firmware development for 32 bit microcontrollers. Strong knowledge of C programming language and its application in embedded systems. Experience with NXP technology is required; familiarity with STM32 family of microcontrollers preferred. Proven track record of leading teams or working independently as an engineer lead.
