Fullstack Architect (Technical Architect)

Position: Full Stack Architect / Technical Architect (Immediate Joiners Preferred) Location: Bangalore (HAL Road) Experience: 8-10 Years Education: BE / B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA Mode of Work: Work from Office Employment Type: Permanent Salary: Negotiable Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect to lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Microservices Architecture, Distributed Systems, and Full Stack Technologies, along with experience in leading engineering teams and driving end-to-end solution delivery. Key Responsibilities: • Design and architect scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions. Lead technical discussions, requirement analysis, and solution architecture planning. Prepare and review High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents. Drive architecture reviews, code reviews, and implementation of best engineering practices. Guide development teams in building high-performance backend systems and scalable applications. Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless project delivery. Define technical standards, coding guidelines, and deployment strategies. Mentor engineering teams and provide technical leadership across multiple technology stacks. Manage project execution, sprint planning, and delivery timelines. Maintain technical documentation and conduct architecture walkthroughs with stakeholders. Technical Skills: Backend Technologies: Node.js, Go, PHP Frontend Technologies: React.js, Angular, Next.js • API Development: REST APIs, GraphQL Architecture: Microservices, Distributed Systems, Third-Party Integrations, SSO, Payment Gateway Integrations Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, Redis, Cassandra DevOps & Tools: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Jenkins, Git, GitHub/GitLab Actions Preferred Experience: Experience in Product-Based or Startup environments. Exposure to E-commerce, Mobile Device Management (MDM), or IT Asset Management (ITAM) domains. Experience in scaling engineering teams and delivering large-scale applications. Requirements: 8-13 years of experience in software development, system architecture, and technical leadership. Strong understanding of SDLC, system design principles, and distributed systems. Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
