SQL Team Lead

Position : SQL Team Lead Location: Bangalore - MG Road (Work from Office) Experience: 8-13 Years Employment Type: Full-time Shift : 9.30 am to 6.30 pm (5 days working) Job Summary We are looking for an experienced SQL Team Lead with 813 years of experience in Microsoft SQL Server development and at least 3 years of team handling experience. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SQL Server, database design, performance tuning, SSRS/SSIS, ERP applications, and customer-facing implementations. Roles & Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of SQL Developers. Develop and maintain Microsoft SQL Server (2012 and above) databases. Design scalable database schemas and data models. Develop T-SQL Stored Procedures, Functions, Triggers, and Views. Work with SSRS and SSIS for reporting and ETL. Perform query optimization and database performance tuning. Maintain data dictionary and metadata. Handle ERP implementation and migration projects. Work closely with international customers. Ensure coding standards, database best practices, and quality deliverables. Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes.
