About the role
As a Technical Architect Microservices & Engineering Lead, you will be responsible for leading the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions. Your expertise in Microservices Architecture, Distributed Systems, and Full Stack Technologies will be crucial in driving end-to-end solution delivery. Here are the key responsibilities for this role: - Design and architect scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions. - Lead technical discussions, requirement analysis, and solution architecture planning. - Prepare and review High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents. - Drive architecture reviews, code reviews, and implementation of best engineering practices. - Guide development teams in building high-performance backend systems and scalable applications. - Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless project delivery. - Define technical standards, coding guidelines, and deployment strategies. - Mentor engineering teams and provide technical leadership across multiple technology stacks. - Manage project execution, sprint planning, and delivery timelines. - Maintain technical documentation and conduct architecture walkthroughs with stakeholders. In addition to the responsibilities mentioned, the preferred experience for this role includes working in Product-Based or Startup environments, exposure to E-commerce, Mobile Device Management (MDM), or IT Asset Management (ITAM) domains, and experience in scaling engineering teams and delivering large-scale applications. Qualifications required for this position include: - 7-10 years of experience in software development, system architecture, and technical leadership. - Strong understanding of SDLC, system design principles, and distributed systems. - Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
