About the role
Job Description Taking inbound calls with printer, router and antivirus issues from the customer. Diagnosing the issue and recommending the best plan to the customer. Selling technical support plan along with relevant software. No Extension of Shift Timings Friendly Working Environment Additional Information Candidate with Excellent Communication Skill in English. Candidate with at least 6 months experience in Outbound or Inbound can apply for Inbound Tech Support Process. Candidate must know how to close their own call. Domestic BPO & fresher candidates are not applicable. Candidate with age limit 18 - 35 can apply only, must know how to close calls by taking payments through different gateways.
