Experience in troubleshooting technical issues related to- Computer,Printer,Broadband,Router,Email issues,Mac,I-phone,I-pad. Ability to handle customers issues and provide accurate resolution. Should be flexible working in night shifts Should be flexible working in night shifts Domestic BPO & fresher candidates are not applicable. Must know how to close their own calls
