POST: - Technical support executive (Voice) JOB ROLE: - - Attaining the calls from the customers regarding printers,routers and email issues etc. - Diagnosing the issue and recommending the best plan to the customer. 3. Selling technical support plan along with relevent software. SHIFT TIMING: - 08:30 pm to 06:30 am (Night Shift) CRITERIA: - - Should have 1-5 Years Of Experience in Outbound process - Min qualification should be (10+2) - Should be positive in English - Should be presentable and smart enough to handle client's query. - Must be able to close calls and take payments from the customers .
