Software Support Engineer

Qualifications: Any Bachelor or Master Degree with good computer knowledge Skills: Strong communication skills Quick grasp of concepts Basic knowledge of software development lifecycle Proficient in English communication Key Responsibilities: Engaging in effective communication with HODs and users. Articulating software process flow to HODs and users. Facilitating communication of issues and bugs to development team. Maintaining and updating the issue/bug tracker diligently. Participating in meetings and providing project status updates. Sustaining open communication to resolve user issues promptly.
