Engineer - Applications to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey Application Development: Lead or contribute to the development of software applications, including designing, coding, testing, and debugging Technical Leadership: Provide technical expertise and guidance to the development team, reviewing code, and ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards Architecture Design: Participate in the design and architecture of applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in application development and deployment Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions Documentation: Prepare technical documentation, specifications, and reports related to application development and enhancements Quality Assurance: Implement and oversee quality assurance processes, including testing strategies, to ensure the delivery of robust and error-free applications Skills and Qualifications:Programming Languages: Proficiency in programming languages relevant to application development such as Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, etc Application Development Frameworks: Experience with development frameworks and libraries (eg, Spring, NET, React, Angular) based on the project requirements Database Knowledge: Familiarity with database systems and SQL for data manipulation and integration with applications Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC): Understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc) and best practices in the SDLC Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address technical challenges and optimize application performance Team Leadership: Ability to lead and mentor junior developers, coordinate tasks, and foster a collaborative team environment
