About the role
Summary:We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Business Systems Analyst / Consultant to support the Salesforce ecosystem, with a strong focus on Sales Cloud. This is a hands-on role requiring someone who can bridge business requirements with technical implementation, work closely with stakeholders across sales operations, Finance, Pricing, and Engineering, and drive end-to-end solution delivery. Responsibilities:Lead requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design for Salesforce Sales Cloud.Possess solid knowledge and hands-on configuration and/or development experience with the Salesforce platform.Serve as the primary BSA liaison between business stakeholders (Sales Ops, Pricing, Sourcing) and the technical delivery team.Develop detailed user stories, functional specifications, data flow diagrams, and process documentation.Drive UAT planning, test case development, and defect triage with business users.Support change management, training documentation, and go-live readiness activities.Ensure the application is supported by creating comprehensive requirement documentation and test cases.Requirements:5 years of Salesforce BSA / Consultant experience with at least 3 years at a senior level.Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, including configuration, customization, and optimization.Required Skills:Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator certification.Excellent stakeholder management skills, comfortable partnering with senior manager/director-level business leaders.Hands-on domain knowledge in business processes and systems that support sales.A strong sense of urgency to help customers and the ability to identify insights and deliver quality, innovative experiences quickly.Strong documentation and process mapping skills.Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.Preferred Skills:Experience with Salesforce CPQ.Experience with Agile development and methodologies.Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-moving environment. #AditiConsulting # 26-02912 .
