About the role
Summary: Develop and maintain backend services for the Customer Data Store platform as part of the Bangalore engineering team. Focus on core service development, API implementation, and system reliability. Essential Responsibilities: Develop backend services using Java and Spring Boot Implement APIs and microservices Build reactive services where required Write unit and integration tests Participate in code reviews Implement business logic and features Support service deployment and monitoring Document implementations Collaborate with team members Support IST time zone operations Requirements: 5 to 8 years of backend development experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent Strong Java programming skills Experience with Spring Boot Understanding of microservices concepts Knowledge of API development Testing experience Technical Skills Required: Java development (Java 21+) with Spring Boot RESTful API development Basic understanding of reactive programming Maven/Gradle and Git JUnit and testing frameworks Understanding of cloud concepts Basic DevOps knowledge Preferred Skills: GCP services experience Reactive programming with Spring WebFlux Experience with distributed systems Knowledge of data platforms #AditiIndia # 25-24331
