AI Engineer

Summary: We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to join our team, focusing on developing and deploying agentic AI solutions with MCP architecture. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI/ML development, particularly in autonomous and multi-agent systems, and will contribute to building scalable AI systems in cloud environments. Responsibilities: Develop and implement agentic AI solutions using MCP architecture. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy AI systems. Ensure the scalability and efficiency of AI systems in cloud environments such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure. Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Mentor and lead offshore teams to achieve project excellence. Requirements: 5 years of experience in AI/ML development, with at least 2 years focused on autonomous, agentic AI systems, or multi-agent systems. Strong programming proficiency in Python and experience with its AI/ML ecosystem (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn). Demonstrable hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, AutoGPT, or similar custom implementations. Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar approaches for managing contextual integrity, memory, and county within intelligent agent systems. Bachelor&rsquos degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Required Skills: Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), including architectures (transformers), prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and integration strategies. Familiarity with planning algorithms, reinforcement learning, symbolic reasoning, and knowledge representation. Strong understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and distributed systems. Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills.
