Product Owner 3

Summary: We are looking for a highly competent Business Analyst cum Product Owner to join our team and help drive the ongoing development of our cloud-based technology projects. This position requires extensive experience in story creation, Agile methodology & ceremonies, work allocation/tracking, and collaboration with product owners and leads. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience. Responsibilities: Participate in requirements gathering meetings/workshops with product owners to derive the system requirements and uncover areas of improvement. Perform requirements analysis and create user stories with proper acceptance criteria for the development team. Conduct Scrum ceremonies. Conduct requirement grooming meetings to share business needs and system requirements with the development team. Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements. Serve as a liaison between business users and development team users. Manage projects, develop project plans, and monitor performance. Manage competing resources, dependencies, and priorities. Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects. Provide leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff. Gather metrics and conduct retrospective meetings to drive improvements. Requirements: At least 5 years of experience in relevant roles. Required Skills: Experience in working or managing cloud-based web application development. Excellent documentation skills. Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills. A track record of following through on commitments. Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills. Experience leading and developing top-performing teams. A history of leading and supporting successful projects. The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions. Familiarity with Azure DevOps (Formerly VSTS Teams). Knowledge in SQL server administration. Experience developing applications with Agile team methodologies preferred. Familiarity with estimation models. Preferred Skills: Excellent communications and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical skills.
