About the role
Summary: The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in software development with expertise in AWS, AI technology, and distributed systems. They must be detail-oriented, possess superior verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and be able to work independently while maintaining professionalism under pressure. Responsibilities: Develop monitoring solutions and implement AI-driven development practices. Troubleshoot/debug and implement fixes for internally developed code (Java, React, etc.). Design and implement distributed systems using AWS serverless technologies. Implement and maintain GenAI-based solutions within our SDLC. Work alongside development teams on Company Corporate and Divisional Software projects. Automate support processes and maintain system documentation. Requirements: 3 years of non-internship professional software development experience. 2 years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability, and scaling) of new and existing systems experience. Computer Science degree or equivalent technical degree. Required Skills: Experience programming with at least one software programming language. Preferred Skills: 3 years of full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience. #AditiConsulting # 26-03868
