Senior Engineer - Quality

a) 4+ Years of relevant Industry Experience or in Quality Assurance (SQA and IPQA), preferably inthe Automotive Industry and Minimum 2+ Years of Experience in managing a Certified QMS Organisation (like IATF 16949, ISO/TS 16949 or ISO 9001) b) B.E. in Mechanical / Industrial / Manufacturing Engineering / Electronics Communication [or] Diploma in Mechanical / Electronics Communication / Electricals Electronics What you'll do at Aditya: 1. Proven track record of driving Continuous Quality Improvement in our Manufacturing environment. 2. SQA upgradation to meet AAP CSR and Drawings 3. Conduct Supplier Audit Experience Auditing Skills as a Lead Auditor 4. Expert in Measuring the Child parts, WIP and FG and GDT using Measuring Instruments Here s what we are looking for: 1. Single Point Contact for Handling SQA and managing all other quality-related issues in the Supplier. 2. Identify Root Causes against Non-conformities and implement Corrective Actions in all child parts and WIP parts. 3. Monitor receive the supplier PPAP documents for New Product Launches to Customers as per CSR s. 4. Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure that products meet quality and safety standards. 5. Ensure adherence to Incoming child parts meeting the drawing requirements, and AAP CSR are carried out and maintained. 6. Monitor Review of all Quality Documentation and ensure are in line with QMS Standards. 7. Ensure that Statistical Process Studies are in place, analysed actions are implemented . 8. Participate with the CFT Team in Projects all Quality Strategies are met as per System requirements and ensure Voice of Customer is addressed. 9. Promote, Participate Implement Problem Solving Techniques, ensure that Corrective Actions are in place Effectiveness is measured . 10. Analyse Rejections PPM thresholds, take all corrective actions ensure they are implemented. 11. Perform duties in accordance with QMS Ensure on integrity of Quality Management System w.r.t. IATF 16949, VDA 6.3 or any other Customer requirements." 12. Monitor Review of all Quality Documentation and ensure are in line with QMS Standards. 13. Authorised to Stop Production in case of any Non-conformity observed in Child parts. 14. Authorised to Approve Supplier PPAP Documents. 15. Authorised to Approve Deviations/ECN s both Internally Externally. You bring to Aditya: 1. Good Knowledge of 5 Core Tools, 7QC Tools, 8D Method, GDT 2. Good, Vast Wide-variety of Knowledge on Manufacturing Processes 3. Very Good Communication Skills Time Management Skills
