Assistant IT Asset Manager

Key Responsibilities Manage and monitor the organization's IT infrastructure, systems, networks, and applications. Provide technical support and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for IT implementations and maintenance activities. Ensure data security, backup management, and compliance with IT policies and procedures. Assist in managing IT assets, software licenses, and inventory tracking. Support onboarding and offboarding activities including system access, device allocation, and account management. Monitor system performance and recommend upgrades or improvements where required. Maintain documentation related to IT processes, configurations, and troubleshooting guides. Support implementation of new technologies, tools, and digital initiatives. Ensure timely closure of IT support tickets and adherence to service levels.
