Role Overview: You will be responsible for WellbeingScore health data validation and reconciliation by filtering and 'cleaning' data, reviewing clinical reports, and performance indicators. Additionally, you will work with management to prioritize business and information needs, identify new processes, and define new opportunities. You will also be organizing monthly MIS reports, acquiring data from primary or secondary sources, and interpreting trends or patterns in complex data sets. Moreover, you will create analytic reports to support health outcomes and implement databases for effective data collection and storage. Key Responsibilities: - WellbeingScore health data validation and reconciliation: Filter and 'clean' data, review clinical reports and performance indicators, correct digitization errors, and check the efficiency of clinical data collection processes. - Organize monthly MIS report and streamline ADHOC data requirement: Acquire data from primary or secondary sources, maintain database systems, and identify trends or patterns in complex data sets. - Create analytic report to support health outcomes: Work with database developers to implement databases for effective data collection and storage, perform data analytics, and optimize data quality. - Conduct 5-10% health data audit from all digitization partners: Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, provide ongoing reports on different strategies' effects, and observe trends or issues to raise with reporting manager. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in data validation, data cleaning, and data analysis. - Strong proficiency in database management and data interpretation. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. - Good communication and presentation skills. - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Healthcare Informatics).
