Government compliances related to railway. Responsible for clinker/cement dispatch through railway track with 100% availability for rake movement. Maintain inventory related to railway track maintenance. Supervision of plant roads housekeeping with manpower, sweeping machine, and tractors. Supervision and hiring of cherry picker, JCB, water tanker, and tractors. Pre-clinkerisation, post-clinkerisation, and railway area drains cleaning work during monsoon. Rolling shutter maintenance work in plant/colony/mines. Coordination, communication, and help provided to other departments during shutdown. Miscellaneous civil work in plant areas.
