About the role
As an Infrastructure Applications Lead at our company located in Thane, Mumbai, you will be responsible for driving project delivery and day-to-day operations for Mail & Messaging, Identity, Endpoint, and Collaboration services. Your role will involve ensuring high availability (24x7x365), operational stability, SLA compliance, and continuous improvement. You will be combining operational ownership with project and transformation leadership to drive modernization initiatives, including automation, AI-driven operations (AIOps), lifecycle management, and service optimization with a focus on security, governance, and business continuity. Your qualifications should include a B.E./B.Tech / MCA / MSc IT degree, along with 912 years of experience in IT Infra / Solution Architecture. You should have strong expertise in AD, Exchange, IAM, Endpoint, proven project/program delivery experience, exposure to AIOps, automation & monitoring, and experience in enterprise (24x7, SLA-driven) environments. Your skills should encompass Active Directory, IAM, PAM, Exchange (On-Prem, O365), SCCM, Intune, Endpoint Management, Solution Architecture & Design, Project/Program Management, and Stakeholder & Vendor Management. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end delivery of infra app projects across Mail, Messaging, Identity & Endpoint - Manage scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, stakeholder communication - Drive technical (upgrades, integrations, tooling) & non-technical (process, governance, adoption) initiatives - Ensure structured transition from project to steady-state operations - Provide functional/architectural inputs for Exchange (On-Prem, O365), AD, IAM, PAM, SCCM, Intune - Participate in ops reviews, escalations & service improvement - Ensure continuity, resilience & scalability of infra services - Identify automation/orchestration/self-healing opportunities - Work with OEMs & internal teams on AIOps & automation platforms - Track improvements in availability, response time, effort & UX - Evaluate emerging infra tech aligned to business needs - Conduct feasibility studies, POCs, techno-commercial comparisons - Define solution patterns, design principles & best practices - Ensure designs are repeatable, documented & transferable - Reduce tacit dependency via structured governance & artifacts - Ensure process adherence & audit readiness - Build sustainable infra services beyond individual dependencies - Manage cross-functional stakeholders - Drive vendor performance, SLA reviews & continuous improvement - Handle escalations & service satisfaction reporting This opportunity closes on 15th June 2026.
