Position: Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) Robotic Projects Department: Projects & Automation Job Type: Full-Time Experience: Freshers (01 Year) Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics, Automation, Robotics, or related disciplines) Location: Shankar Dhani Road, Binola,(gurugram) Haryana 122413 About Adler Robotics Adler Robotics is a leading industrial automation company specializing in robotic automation solutions, robotic welding systems, material handling, assembly automation, and customized turnkey projects. We provide innovative automation solutions to automotive and manufacturing industries across India. Job Responsibilities Assist in the execution and implementation of robotic automation projects. Support installation, commissioning, and testing of industrial robots at customer sites. Work with robot programming engineers during project execution. Assist in robotic welding, material handling, and automation integration projects. Read and understand engineering drawings, layouts, and project documentation. Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, and controls teams. Prepare project reports, documentation, and daily progress updates. Participate in machine trials, troubleshooting, and customer support activities. Follow safety standards and company quality procedures. Required Skills Basic knowledge of industrial automation and robotics. Understanding of mechanical and electrical engineering fundamentals. Knowledge of AutoCAD/SolidWorks/CATIA is an advantage. Basic understanding of PLCs, sensors, actuators, and industrial equipment. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel for project installation and commissioning across India. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Preferred Qualifications B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics, Automation, Robotics, or related disciplines. Internship or academic project in Robotics, Industrial Automation, PLC, or Mechatronics. Basic knowledge of industrial robots (ABB, FANUC, KUKA, Yaskawa, etc.). Familiarity with PLCs, sensors, pneumatics, servo systems, and industrial automation. Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or CATIA. Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings. Good communication and problem-solving skills, and willingness to travel for project work across India. Certifications in Robotics, PLC, or Industrial Automation will be an added advantage. Internship or academic project in Robotics or Industrial Automation. Knowledge of industrial robots such as ABB, FANUC, KUKA, Yaskawa, or Universal Robots will be an added advantage.
