About the role
As an individual interested in joining Adobe's team, you will have the opportunity to play a crucial role in shaping the future of digital experiences. Your responsibilities will include: - Prioritizing and leading in-depth analyses of Adobe Creative Cloud data to discover new opportunities for products and business growth, utilizing machine learning techniques - Collaborating with product development teams and leadership to formulate business strategies and product roadmaps based on analytical insights - Designing, implementing, and evaluating A/B experiments to generate impactful insights and reports - Inspiring the data science and product teams to focus on experimentation and product insights - Working closely with development teams on product instrumentation, product flow, and data capture initiatives In order to excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Proficiency in SQL and expertise in at least one data science tool like Python or R - Advanced skills in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker - Experience in leveraging machine learning models for deriving insights and influencing product strategies - Minimum of 4 years of hands-on technical experience in data analytics or data science, with a preference for 2 years in behavioral data science for multi-platform SaaS products - Ability to analyze large volumes of data, extract meaningful insights, and translate them into real-world outcomes - Strong problem-solving skills, creativity, and the ability to delve deep into data - Track record of effectively communicating insights from data analyses to product and business leaders - Degree in a quantitative field like statistics, economics, applied math, operations research, or engineering is preferred, or equivalent work experience Please note that Adobe is committed to providing equal opportunities for all employees and does not discriminate based on gender, race, ethnicity, age, disability, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
