As a Product Manager for GenAI-powered workflow capabilities in Illustrator at Adobe, your role will involve owning the roadmap and execution for these capabilities with a 9 to 18 month horizon. You will drive features from concept through launch, prioritize tasks, oversee rollout, and iterate post-launch based on usage, model quality, and creative output signals. Your responsibilities will also include translating user research, beta feedback, and product signals into clear requirements and roadmap decisions for generative experiences. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, research, and applied science teams to establish evaluation frameworks that ensure high creative quality and reliability. Defining success metrics across adoption, output quality, and user trust will be crucial in driving product and model improvements. Additionally, you will collaborate with Adobe teams, Firefly model partners, and external platform partners on generative AI capabilities and shared infrastructure. Qualifications Required: - 8 to 12 years of experience with at least 6 years in product management. - Previous experience in shipping generative AI product capabilities such as image, text, video, audio, or vector to production. - Solid understanding of generative model behavior, including prompting, conditioning, fine-tuning, evaluation, and the tradeoffs between quality, latency, and cost. - Strong product judgment and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret model quality metrics and user signals effectively. - Proficiency in research and synthesis skills. - Comfortable operating in fast-moving environments with rapidly evolving model capabilities. - Experience with creative tools, developer platforms, APIs, or workflow products is a plus. - MBA preferred, or equivalent business experience. What Will Make You Stand Out: Candidates who have previously shipped a generative AI feature in a consumer or creative product and iterated post-launch based on output-quality and adoption metrics will stand out. Additionally, experience working directly with applied research or model teams, shaping how a foundation model is exposed in product, and balancing creative expressiveness with controllability, safety, and IP considerations will be advantageous.
