Bachelors or Postgraduate degree in Computer Science,Engineering,or a related discipline . 1012 years of overall IT experience . 810 years of experience in technical analyst or business analyst roles supporting HCM products . Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central is required . At least two end-to-end Employee Central implementations .
