About the role
Key Accountabilities Deliver accurate and timely resolution of complex HR and HCM technology issues. Lead HR implementation activities including configuration, validation, testing, and go-live readiness. Ensure HR data integrity across Lyric HCM and downstream systems. Mentor consultants and improve team capabilities through coaching and knowledge sharing. Identify process improvement opportunities and drive operational efficiency. Build and maintain client confidence during critical payroll cycles. Qualifications 5+ years in implementation, consulting, or HCM/payroll technology. 5+ years of hands-on US HR setup and troubleshooting experience. Experience with payroll systems and calculation engines (Autopay/PI preferred). Strong compliance knowledge. Education in technical stream: BE / B.Tech / M. Tech / BCS / MCS / etc. Shift : US Shift (East/West Coast)
