As an Interaction Designer you'll take the lead as you Will be facilitating Design Thinking and Design Studio from your cross functional product teams for successful product Innovation and UX DesignAre expected to work as a facilitator and constantly help facilitate discussion around business value and user stories and help Product discovery and agile development team with backlog creation and prioritization.Will be responsible for your UX teams' velocity and produce rich deliverables keeping up with the fast-paced sprints and stakeholder UX reviews meetings.Help lead the development of the holistic vision, UX strategy and roadmap for products and services, focusing on innovation and user centric strategies.Partner with other user experience practitioners, user interface developers, product management, marketing and product development to implement best practices and ensure visual, functional and conceptual unity.Create best in class user experience deliverables, including wireframes, prototypes, personas, heuristic evaluations, usability research plans, high quality visuals to best implement the intended user experience.Education B.Des./M. Des/ Bachelors/Masters in HCI, Psychology, Human Factors or related field from IIT/NID or other top Design schoolsExperience 7+ years of the following experiences: User Experience Design, Information Architecture (IA), Interaction Design, Visual Design or related fields in the design of web and mobile applications.Creation of IA documents such as wireframes, customer journey maps, user stories, personas, high quality visuals and other user-centric documentationProven ability in Interaction Design, Visual Design for Enterprise Web/SaaS/Mobile applicationsStrong understanding of Interaction and Visual Design principles and the latest standards like Windows 10, IOS 7, Material DesignFluent in creating high quality Photoshop pixel perfect visuals.Familiar with the latest points of view on responsive design and design for cross platform & mobile devicesPractice in user research techniques and tools, including customer interviews, usability testing, contextual inquiry and un-facilitated techniques.Fluent with software tools for wireframes and prototypes such as Axure, Balsamiq, Invision and Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator.Experience working with remote teams and the use of remote tools.Proven conceptual skills, a critical eye for detail, and the ability to translate complex concepts into a clear visual representation.Must be able to provide portfolio of user interface design work and demonstrate track record of bottom-line impact resulting from user interface design.Strong Driver for Design Process - Plays a central role within the product team or customer group as a driver for the design process and product/domain strategy.Proactively identifies new initiatives and seeks out areas for improvement; involves others in the organization.Fluent with Lean Innovation like Lean canvas, Design Thinking Tools, Journey Maps, storyboarding, sketching, low and high-fidelity mock-ups and wireframesIncorporates and collaborates on higher-level cross-product/domain design patterns and/or standards (this bullet is not clear to me)Acts in a way that inspires other team members to engage and contribute.Maintains the cohesiveness of the UX team.Works at a peer-level with Executives and Senior Product Management and Engineering; is a trusted collaborator on product/domain direction and key decisions.Deftly handles team politics; knows when to push back and when to acquiesce.Able to review and critique the work of others in a way that makes them receptive to feedback.Actions have a measurable impact on both the product experience and their teammates.Demonstrates design leadership within the team by advocating effectively for the user.Contributes to and promotes the mission and goals of UX both internally and externally.Solid Team Skills Works well with a team.Works closely and effectively with other designers, managers, Product Management, and Engineering; knows when to seek help.Receives, weighs, and integrates constructive feedback from other UX members and managersAble to schedule and prioritize work with guidance from managers.Proactively identifies and solves problems, improves personal skills, and assists team members.Able to iterate rapidly and create multiple solutions.Able to set personal schedules Role: Sr./Lead UX Designer Team: ONEUX INDIA Location: Hyderabad, India About This Opportunity Use your skills, experience and talents to be a part of groundbreaking thinking and visionary goals.
