Mainframe Tester

3-7 years of Manual and Automation testing experience in Mainframe environment with COBOL, CICS, JCL, VSAM, DB0 & SQL Queries Experience in developing Automation scripts & Automation tools – ALM, Selenium etc Experience in understanding the requirements, Test Strategy and writing functional test cases Payroll/HCM or financial domain is a plus Excellent academic background, preferably B.Tech / B.E Computer Science & Engineering Should be on permanent rolls with good organization Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must demonstrate a flexible approach towards work, and ability to move across roles Excellent problem solving, excellent interpersonal skills and analytical skills with exquisite attention to detail, ability to think strategically and logically Experience on Agile Methodology / Processes preferred; process adherence; having the ability to enhance, optimize and continuously improve existing processes
