IT ENGINEER - IMMEDIATE JOINERS

About the Role: We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Engineer to oversee and manage our companys IT infrastructure, systems, and support functions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in IT operations, network and system administration, hardware/software management, and team coordination. This is a key role to ensure smooth day-to-day IT functioning, secure systems, and support for internal teams. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain company IT infrastructure including networks, servers, laptops, and software systems Oversee installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware and software Administer user accounts, email setups (Google Workspace or Microsoft 365), access rights, and security protocols Handle IT asset procurement, issuance, and tracking Set up and manage VPN, firewalls, and network security solutions Provide timely IT support to internal employees across departments Coordinate with external vendors for hardware/software issues and service agreements Ensure data backups, system updates, antivirus protection, and IT policy compliance Support onboarding and offboarding processes from an IT perspective (device setup, account access, recovery) Monitor and manage internal tools, IT inventory, and regular documentation Stay updated with the latest trends and suggest improvements in IT infrastructure Requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field 4 to 8 years of proven experience in IT operations, preferably in a fast-paced environment Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac systems, networking, firewalls, VPNs, and basic server/cloud admin Experience with IT asset management and internal support Good understanding of data security, software licensing, and IT compliance Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently Excellent communication and team coordination abilities Nice to Have: Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) Experience with ISO or IT security audits Familiarity with performance marketing or agency-based setups (if applicable) About the Role: We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Engineer to oversee and manage our companys IT infrastructure, systems, and support functions.
