About the role
Adtran is hiring for the role of Software Engineer! Responsibilities of the Candidate: Develop server-side applications using Core Java, Multithreading, Collections, Servlets, and JDBC. Build scalable, multi-tenant applications and REST APIs. Develop cloud-native solutions using Azure, Docker, and Kubernetes. Work with MySQL/MongoDB databases and Linux environments. Contribute to networking and network management solutions. Participate in Agile development processes. Gain expertise in Adva network devices and their programmatic management. Requirements: Strong Java backend development skills. Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Distributed Systems knowledge. Experience with REST APIs, Azure, Docker, and Kubernetes. MySQL and/or MongoDB experience. Linux development proficiency. Understanding of networking concepts and protocols. Familiarity with Agile methodologies. Knowledge of AI-assisted development tools. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field. 0-2 years of relevant experience.
