Job Title: Salesforce Developer + Strong LWC Location: Noida & Pune Work Mode: Hybrid Experience: 5+ years contract duration - 3 to 6 months Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with a strong background in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience and will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining our Salesforce applications to meet business requirements. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex and LWC. Design and implement complex business processes using Salesforce's suite of tools. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. Ensure the scalability and performance of Salesforce applications. Create and manage complex workflow rules, data validation, and triggers. Integrate Salesforce with other systems using APIs and web services. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications. Stay updated with Salesforce releases and incorporate new features into the existing system. Provide technical support and mentoring to junior developers. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development. Strong expertise in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC). Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices. Experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs. Proficiency in SQL, SOQL, and SOSL. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. .
